RESPONSIVE UNCREWED CAPABILITY
Autonomous 505 For Contested Logistics And Launched Effects: UAS Aircraft Piloted By Captain

DISTRIBUTED FORCES
NEED RANGE WITHOUT RISK
Legacy small cargo UAS lack payload and reach, while larger crewed rotorcraft increase personnel exposure and deployment burden. The RUC-505 Piloted by Captain delivers greater payload and reach without onboard crew exposure or the operational burden of larger aircraft.
PILOTED BY

RUC-505 is a Bell 505-based uncrewed aircraft for expeditionary logistics. Piloted by Captain to execute cargo missions without aircrew onboard. Launched effects are an additional mission configuration.
THE FLEXIBLE SOLUTION FOR PAYLOAD & REACH
BENEFITS & FEATURES
Deliver 1,000+ pounds of payload without putting aircrew at risk.
EFFICIENT
PORTABLE
RELIABLE
FLEXIBLE
Match payload and range to the mission: Configurable cargo and fuel arrangements target 1,000+ pounds for logistics or approximately 900 NM of ferry range with auxiliary fuel and a 50-pound payload.
Deploy autonomous lift efficiently: Compact Bell 505-based configuration is designed to transport two RUC-505 aircraft in one C-130.
Conduct missions without aircrew onboard or dependence on a continuous data link: Onboard mission, vehicle, and contingency management supports autonomous execution when communications are limited or unavailable.
Support distributed operations at unprepared locations: Configurations include terrain and obstacle avoidance, landing zone evaluation, assured positioning, navigation, and timing, and degraded visual environment capabilities.
